Pieve Suites can be rented as a single property (up to six guests); or each of our three suites can be taken individually. Each unit has an en-suite bathroom, facilities for making hot beverages, and a small kitchen area.
We prefer bookings of two nights or more, though please don’t let this put you off enquiring: at quieter times we consider shorter periods.
Please note that Pieve Suites is on three floors, with no lift/elevator. There is a further flight of rather steep steps to reach the mezzanine sleeping area in the Top suite.
WHOLE PROPERTY
€350 per night – €2100 per week
As a whole-property rent, Pieve Suites is ideal for groups of up to six people. There is no shared public space in the townhouse,
but all the suites are large enough for all guests to gather, as is the garden on the ground floor.
INDIVIDUAL SUITES
The prices below are per suite, for two guests. Up to two extra guests can be accommodated for short stays in the Top suite; please ask for prices.

Pieve Suites can be booked – both as single suites or as a whole house – through AirBnB. We are also happy to handle bookings directly. Please contact Anne for this, or check the availability calendar and on-line booking form here.
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. This will be returned in full if you cancel your booking 30 days or more before arrival; half the sum will be refunded if you cancel up to two weeks before arrival; after which any refund is at our discretion. The remaining 50% should be paid immediately before your arrival.
Payments must be made by transfer to our Italian bank account, details of which will be provided in correspondence. Paypal/Transferwise payments in €uros are also accepted. We cannot accept cash or cheques, and we don’t take credit cards.
We are more than happy to put our guests in touch with local tour guides, vineyards, riding stables, bike hire outlets etc. On request tailor-made itineraries and special experiences for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries etc can be arranged. Payment for these services and activities should be arranged directly, and not through Pieve Suites.
We don’t usually accept children under the age of 12, but please feel free to ask as we sometimes make exceptions.
We regret that Pieve Suites cannot accommodate animals of any kind.
